Southeastern Development retained Cox and Dinkins to provide civil engineering and site planning services to redevelop Richland Mall. This iconic mall structure sits on one of the most high-visibility corners in the Columbia region. The project will consist of staged demolition of the mall structure and staged construction of new grocery, retail, and other tenants, along with luxury midrise apartments. The parking structure will be partially demolished, and the multifamily units will be constructed around the exterior of the remaining portion. Cox and Dinkins is excited and proud to participate in this historic project.
