FORT BRAGG WAREHOUSE COMPLEX
Civil PE/Surveying Consultant to architect to design 3 89,000 sf warehouses w/ associative hardstand & parking; expansion of existing fairgrounds parking field north of warehouse complex to provide 750 additional parking spaces. Provide temporary facilities for "Diversion" of 750 employees to be housed on warehouse complex & all utilities to support function. Design water & sewer for relocated RV spaces on existing parking field & for warehouse complex site. Road design widening for Black Jack St., Gruber St., & Rigger St. from 2 to 3 lanes & tie-in to NCDOT road widening south of complex along Black Jack St. Prepare site, grading & erosion control, storm drainage & utility plans for all project areas.
