McTilden “Mac” Atkins, III, is a Partner and Senior Engineer and leads the regional transportation division at Cox and Dinkins. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s roadway design group and is instrumental in the expansion of the client base for regional transportation projects.
Mac has been a valuable part of Cox and Dinkins for over 20 years and has extensive experience in the land development sector and project management.
Mr. Atkins is a Professional Engineer in the state of South Carolina and graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
