The Village at Sandhill is a 300 acre mixed-use project, a carefully planned development blending retail, residential, office, banking, and entertainment facilities. Since the project's inception over 7 years ago, Cox and Dinkins, Inc. has been at every phase of planning, design, construction, and final permitting. Our project specific and dedicated survey and engineering team has produced thousands of pages of plan, plats, and specifications.
