Ted Blackwell has had extensive experience in the design of water systems, sanitary sewer systems and storm drainage systems. Through his graduate study in water resources, he has gained expertise in hydrology and computer designed storm drainage systems.

Mr. Blackwell has designed many large and complex projects for sites ranging from the mountains of North Carolina to the coast of South Carolina. The primary emphasis of his project design and leadership has been in the private sector for commercial/retail clients.
