Daniel Lam has experience in computer-aided design of water distribution systems, sanitary sewer projects, storm drainage collection systems, and storm drainage detention/retention facilities.
Mr. Lam has designed large-scale athletic complexes consisting of football fields, baseball/softball fields, tennis courts and associated roadways and parking areas. He also has experience in commercial and residential site development. In addition, Mr. Lam has performed extensive calculations for landfill projects.
Daniel Lam earned his LEED Accreditation November 17, 2005 and is poised to serve clients as their sustainable design project representative. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. It is the U.S. Green Building Council's criteria basis for verifying whether buildings meet certain environmental standards which qualify them for LEED certification. Dan's expertise in the area of environmental design, particularly with regard to site issues, makes him an asset on any design team.
