GRADING, STORM DRAINAGE AND PAVING DESIGN - Comprehensive grading plans for any commercial project, including freestanding retail, large and small shopping centers, mixed-used developments, and office buildings. Storm drainage design and investigation, including detention/retention pond design, storm drainage conveyance systems, bioretention and pervious pavement.

EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL- Erosion and sediment control plans that comply with local and state regulatory agencies to minimize the negative effects to the surrounding environment.

STORM WATER MANAGEMENT AND POLLUTION PREVENTION (SWPPP) - SWPPP plans are required and outline the NPDES permit procedure and ensure the contractor follows necessary best management practices. As required, Cox and Dinkins, Inc. will perform mandatory inspections required by local and state agencies.

SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SYSTEMS DESIGN - Sanitary sewer design included gravity sewer, infiltration analysis, force mains, and lift stations for any commercial projects. Water system design includes water mains for delivery of potable water and fire protection.

PERMIT ACQUISITIONS - Cox and Dinkins, Inc. will obtain all the necessary permits for local and state agencies pertaining to planning, zoning, water main and sewer main construction and operation, encroachments into public right-of-ways, storm water management and land disturbance.
